SHIPPING RATES

Australia - Free shipping for orders over the value of $125. Flat rate of $14.95 for orders up to the value of $138.

New Zealand - Free shipping for orders over the value of $250. Flat rate of $25 for orders up to the value of $249.95

UK - Free express shipping with duties and taxes paid for orders over the value of £300. Flat rate of €20 for orders up to the value of £300.

IRE - Free express shipping with duties and taxes paid for orders over the value of €300. Flat rate of €25 for orders up to the value of €300.

US and CA - Free shipping for orders over the value of $114. Flat rate of $10 for orders up to the value of $114.

Germany - Free express shipping for orders over the value of €300. Flat rate €25 for orders up to the value of €300.

Rest of Europe - Free shipping for orders over the value of €300. Flat rate of €25 for orders up to the value of €300.

Rest of World - Free shipping for orders over the value of $500. Flat rate of $50 for orders up to the value of $500.

CLICK & COLLECT

Unfortunately, click and collect is no longer available. All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post. International orders will be shipped via DHL.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Your shipment will be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria within two working days from receipt of your order. 

AUSTRALIA POST

All shipments are sent using the eParcel service provided by Australia Post. Once your parcel enters the Australia Post system, you will receive a tracking number as well as tracking notifications via email and SMS. For general information about delivery times to your area, please visit the Australia Post website.

DUTIES & TAXES

When shipping internationally, you become the importer of the goods and you are responsible for any local duties and taxes charged on import with the exception of the following markets;

UK - duties and taxes paid for orders over the value of £300.

IRE - duties and taxes paid for orders over the value of €350.

With these two exceptions, payment of local duties and taxes are your responsibility. Lara Tweedie Equestrian cannot be held liable for local duties and taxes and we are cannot alter our invoices for this purpose.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Returns are only offered on items purchased at full price. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during promotions can be returned for a store credit only.

You have 30 days to decide whether or not to keep your items. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to email shop@laratweedie.com.au and advise us of your intention to return your purchase. 

RETURN LOCATIONS

Customers in the United States can send products for return or exchange to our warehouse in San Diego, CA.

Customers in Australia, New Zealand and Rest of World can return products to our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC.

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will only be accepted at the discretion of Lara Tweedie Equestrian. Unfortunately, at the present time, we cannot offer free returns. 

CONDITION

Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easy. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion. 

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or provided as a store credit with Lara Tweedie Equestrian. If the original payment method was Afterpay, please note that a 6% restocking charge will be levied on returns but not exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that your refund can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is not complimentary on exchanges. A flat rate of $20 will be charged to ship exchanged products. 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. 

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, please email shop@laratweedie.com.au

We offer a 12 month warranty on our bridles that covers workmanship and harware including buckles and dee rings. Decorative elements such as badges and crystals that are easily damaged by horses are not covered under our warranty so please treat them with care.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear. Wear marks, scratches, stretching and tears are not covered by warranty. Our 12 month warranty does not cover wear and tear on textiles products such as protection boots, bell boots, saddle pads, bandages and bandage pads. Rips and holes in the fabrication of these products that occur during use on horses or during washing is considered to be wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on Lara Tweedie Equestrian as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate. 

BLACKOUT SALE

Our annual Blackout Sale is a special event and discounts provided during this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. No price adjustments on past sales. No rain checks on sold out items. All orders placed during the sale are final sale. No refunds. Discount does not apply to gift cards.

SALE ITEMS

Sale prices are as marked and are available only during the stated promotional period. No lay-bys, rain-checks or refunds are
available. Sale purchases can be returned for a store credit valid for 12 months or exchanged for
an alternative size of the same style and colour only. Store credits are not transferable.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Lara Tweedie Equestrian is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 5 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be provided in the form of a store credit with Lara Tweedie Equestrian which will be valid for 12 months. 

We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked down. 

PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published if provided. Promotion codes cannot be applied retrospectively. If a valid promotion code is not applied prior to order placement no refunds will be provided. 

PRIVACY

Information provided to Lara Tweedie Equestrian will be used only for the purposes of completing your order. Your privacy is important to us because we understand that it is important to you and we will not share any information except as necessary to fulfill your order.

When you provide information regarding a third party - for example to send a gift or voucher - we will only use the information provided to complete the order and to provide information about Lara Tweedie Equestrian.

The information you provide may be used to communicate information about Lara Tweedie Equestrian, including promotional material and product information that we think might appeal to you. We are always aiming to improve your shopping experience but if you do not wish to receive information from us you can opt out at any time and we will respect your decision.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once you place your order it cannot be cancelled. After an order is placed it will be handled according to our standard policy for returns and exchanges.
